Health & Medical Readiness

Traumatic injuries and critical illness occur in austere environments. We train teams to assess, stabilise, and provide life-saving care until advanced medical support is available. Training includes response to falls and workplace incidents, management of traumatic injuries, casualty evacuation, and recognition of critical illness.

Environment & Operational Preparedness

Our goal is to develop teams’ ability to assess risk, make decisions, and maintain situational awareness under pressure. Through scenario-based training, teams learn to recognise emerging threats early and respond decisively when time is limited. This builds judgement, prioritisation, and the ability to act safely and effectively in high-risk situations.

Awareness & Risk

HEAR Solutions prepares teams to work in remote and high-risk environments where medical support is limited. We provide pre-deployment advisory and train personnel to manage time-critical situations and make decisions in the field. Training is adapted to the specific country’ risk profile, operating conditions and local realities. Our experience comes from military operations across Arctic, tropical, maritime, alpine, and conflict settings.
